Cancelled locker
After terminating my bundled account, I was still able to backup my phone to my at&t locker. However, the day after my phone was stolen, my locker was cancelled. I did not request this cancellation. Now that I have a replacement phone from asurion, I want to get my information back. But when followinf directions via support help, I have created a new locker with the same login information that I had previously. Is there anyway to get my backup back?

Terminating bundled account? Did you cancel a phone number?
If you cancel a number, all cloud storage and information is list for good.
I strongly recommend using anything else, iCloud, iTunes, google photo, google drive, Dropbox. None of these rely on a carrier or phone number.

Nothing seems to indicate is will be closed if your phone is stolen.

Contact the AT&T Care team and ask them to look up your previous Locker account information. Give them your previous Access ID (UserID), whatever contact email address you used or the phone number you had previously. If they find your account they will give you the User ID you should be able to reset the password and log back in to see your content.
