Hello @Nicole1989,

I understand how this notification you received about Remote Support can be alarming.  I’m glad you reached out to us.  I can help explain this for you!

Remote Support is a built in application which allows AT&T agents to remotely access your phone in order to troubleshoot your device if you ever call in for help.  This can only be done if an agent sends you a request and you accept it first.  Since you have not received a request nor accepted anything, there is a chance the notification is a simple software glitch in which the phone’s operating system recognizes the Remote support app “crashed” and is notifying you.

The alternative is you may have accidentally clicked on the Remote Support app from one of the menus which triggered it to launch.  Due to no agent providing a request and no acceptance on your part, the app automatically closes (cancels) itself out.  Here is an article which explains Remote Support app further.

I hope this information helps you out!  Have a great day!
