your sim card dos 't allow to register on this newtork
I just came from CA to Serbia- south-east Europe and my phone has no network coverage at all here. I am able manualy to find 3 biggest Serbian networks but when I try to concet to any of them- I get pop up window - YOUR SIM CARD DO NOT ALLOW TO REGISTER IN THIS NEWTORK!

Traveling with your phone is always a great way to stay in contact, and I definitely hope you get to do some sightseeing in Serbia! Your SIM not being able to connect is concerning, but I am here to help get you up and running!
In most cases, these messages from the phone are regarding programming on the line. We would need to adjust the roaming profile, and possibly look at an International plan to help discount the charges while traveling abroad.
