Verification of Utility Infrastructure

Hello,

We are designing a site in Odessa, TX and need to confirm that AT&T telephone lines are present in the area. In addition, if an engineer could review the utility design plan to confirm the feasibility of the design, that would be great.

(The address above describes an Office Depot location; the site being designed is a building attachment to the northern end of the store.)
