Landline removed
I need a landline and the box at the house removed. It's n old landline from southwestern bell, now at&t.
Every costumer service representative I have talked to is telling me something different.
Advise please.

Legally the NID back towards AT&T ( service feed) belongs to AT&T. If this is a buried drop the best bet is remove it yourself. If this is an aerial drop and crosses someone else's property, a road or an alley I wouldn't advise messing with it.
