For Uvoice: Sign into your account, go to Phone, then to Manage Features. Under Call Filtering, click on Call Blocking. Yes, you'll have to type in the number you want blocked. Make sure to Save.

Do you have UV voice phone? If you do go to your account and open the home phone voice features. There you can manage all of your phone features.
You can also use Nomorobo to block calls. Just follow the instructions. It will take you less than 5 minutes to enroll and set up.
