Drooping line in my backyard

I have a seriously drooping line in our backyard that the kids and dog can touch. It is very dangerous.  Their web site says to call 800 288 2020 to report it-but I have been on hold for hours.  This is the 3rd time I have tried to get through on that number. Is there a way to report this on line or another number to call?

Thank you.

Try the regional report number, some say it works better when you can't get through to the main number. Regional repair centers they aren't available 24/7 like the national number.

Thank you! I finally got through after waiting for almost 2 hours on the
line. However, they were super helpful and someone was at our home the
next morning at 8 AM to repair the drooping lines.
The customer service agent also gave me another number to call for this
issue: 800 246 8464 option 8. Hopefully this can help others.

Thanks for the additional information.  Glad you got it repaired.

That's one of the regional repair centers number, and others have said they've had better results calling the regional center instead of the national repair number.
