Cancelled service - but AT&T still takes money each month

I cancelled my phone line with AT&T several months ago - but now I'm horrified to see that AT&T has continued to take money from me each month. I can't get any response from the Internet chat, and no-one answers the phone so I have no way to speak to anyone at AT&T. It seems they will keep taking this money from me forever - how do I stop them ?

I saw that message (amd replied) but it didn't say anything about when or how AT&T will return the money it took in error. Can you please respond ?

I think it's quite simple - just return the money you took in error
