AT&T Customer Service Sucks, Why?

Why? when all I'm trying to do is get "service" and get my money's worth and I'm sure any other customer.

I've been trying to get my home phone line service over a week, and I keep getting the run around, from automated machines or robots or whatever they are in order to avoid to pay a real human being to talk to you and take care of the issue/s that come up with the services that supposedly at&t provides.

And if you get lucky to talk to someone after a while, all you going to get is hold time listening to their elevator music and then two-three minutes later have someone come back to you to tell you....sorry I'm going to transfer you to the inferno. they might be able to help you there cause we can't not handle your issue. hang on I'll transfer you "again" transfer, and more transfers cause the devil is out there and we can not find a good hearted intelligent person to help you at this time .

7 hrs. Later, you have wasted your day waiting to find some kind of solution, and let's reschedule your appointment for a next possible day.

I guess the word Quality is not in there policy at all.

I'M SURE YOU WOULD BE GLAD TO HELP ME AND OTHERS,

WHY BOTHER? 

TO KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE IS GETTING AS WELL?

AT&T SUCKS, THERE'S A PROBLEM, MAJOR PROBLEM, "QUALITY" UNFORTUNATELY AT&T DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE WORD STANDS FOR.

GET RID OF THE SPOIL ROTTEN APPLES IN THE TREE, THAT MIGHT HELP, NEW MANAGEMENT COULD BE THE ANSWER.

SOMEONE THAT KNOWS THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW DOES QUALITY APPLY TO IT. 

AND WHAT IT MEANS TO WORK AND EARN THE DAILY BREAD INSTEAD OF STEALING FROM OTHERS.

BUT WE ALL KNOW THAT THE ENEMY (DEVIL) IS EVERYWHERE, TO STEAL, KILL AND DESTROY.

AT&T GET OR HIRE HONEST AND CONSCIOUS PEOPLE TO WORK FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION INSTEAD OF SLACKERS.

GETTING A PAYCHECK TO CRUISE THROUGH THE DAYS AND GET PAID FOR IT.

THEY HAVE THEIR SYSTEM DOWN ALRIGHT, JUST TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT WE STOPPED BY BUT THERE WAS NO ONE HOME OR NO WAY TO ACCESS THE POLE LOCATION. OR THERE WAS A DOG OR A CAT OUT ON THE PORCHE. YEAH RIGHT.

GET BUSY, MOTHERS. DO WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING AND GETTING PAID FOR IT. 

SEND ALL THE CLOWNS OUT FOR TRAINING OR RETRAINING. 

IS AN IDEA......

Stopped into a corporate AT&T store today and was told to make an appointment for sometime in the future because they only have 2 people working and I would have to wait a couple of hours if I wanted to be help. What is this world coming to. AT&T doesn't make enough money to properly staff their stores to provide at least a minimum level of service? They obviously do not have a clue what Customer Service means or is. Callling Verizon.

I agree I have had the same problems everyone I call, and affiliat Direct TV is not much better. I think it’s time to move on.
