wireless number and sim card not valid?

Hi everyone,

I just spent a year abroad and had cancelled my GoPhone plan. As I'm getting ready to go back to the US I wanted to get my plan and auto-refill working again. However, my wireless number is not getting recognized. I tried to reactivate my device and sim card but the sim card is also not getting recognized.

Does it have to do with the switch from gophone to prepaid?

Does it have to do with the fact that I'm currently not in the US? I'll be back next week.

Is my sim card not valid anymore after 14 months of non-usage? Do I have to get a new one?

If anyone has an idea or a solution... Thank you!

If your balance is $0 for 60 days, the account is closed and number recycled.

Correct. Your SIM card has been deactivated and your account has been closed. You will need a new account with a new SIM card and number.
