Greetings @Cara14!
I am glad to hear you were able to locate your lost device. I’m happy to help!
You can reactivate wireless service by using the myAT&T app on the phone or login to your account online using a computer. If you are using a computer, please go to Account & services> My wireless. Then scroll and select the device you want to unsuspend> Manage device & features. If prompted, select See device options. Next to the suspended device, select Reactivate. Follow the prompts to reactivate service on your device.
I hope you have found this informative. Thank you for reaching out to us here on the Community Forums! Have a wonderful day!

I have a phone that I accidentally had reported lost or Stolen and I’m not sure how to fix that. It’s an unlocked phone but it won’t let me do anything. I am with cricket service but I don’t know how to stop the report from keeping my account suspended

@Huntttt1998
You contact Cricket. If you suspended through them you reactivate through them.

If you're not authorized on the account that reported it stolen, it is useless to you. Sell it back to your ex.

It's understandable how frustrating an experience like that is, @DrewFella32. However, we want to advise that @JefferMC is correct.
Only the account holder can request to remove the device from the blacklist, and a device must be removed from the blacklist before a restore from suspension can be processed.
We hope this info helps.
