Refund request for an inactive account

I suspended the auto monthly payment. No charges were posted for last month. For some reason the auto payments were set to ON and i was charged. It must be by AT&T that i did not authorize. Would like to request refund and suspend my account.

@gokiisath This is a customer to customer forum, not customer support. You need to contact customer support directly. Posting here won’t get you a refund.

If you turned auto payment off, it would be off.  Apparently it isn’t.  You can fix that yourself, but will have to contact Att about any charges in error.
