Need to cancel auto pay

I bought two prepaid sim cards with autopay for my  visitors

Unfortunately, they got lost.

 

How do  I cancel autopay?

We definitely don’t want you to be paying for a service you are unable to get at this time. I’m glad you reached out and asked. I’m happy to be of assistance!


To cancel AutoPay, you will first login to your myAT&T account. From the top of the page select Home and at the bottom of this page choose Manage AutoPay. There will be an option to End AutoPay, please follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation of it.
