Prepaid does not have billing due dates. A "monthly" plan is 30 days, even if the month does not have exactly 30 days. There is no way to keep your renew day on the same date every month other than by letting your service expire. When your 30 day plan expires, service cuts off until you renew. No, you do not get double charged.
The thread address prepaid. If you are postpaid, call ATT to move your bill cycle so it ends around the 10th of the month. Due date on postpaid is 21 days after bill closes, so it will not be the same as months have 28,30 or 31 days.
