Auto pay

I have auto pay but I don't get paid till the 3rd of the month. Is there any way you would change my payment date to the 3rd of the month?

No.  Prepaid plans all renew every 30 days.   You can turn off auto pay and change to a pay per use plan if you can't pay the full plan.

Just remember, if you don't renew before the current 30 days expires, your service will cut off until you do renew. You will also lose any rollover data you might have. If you turn off autopay, you also lose the $5 autopay discount.

It may be better for you to just turn off auto pay add a couple dollars to phone so it doesn’t give disconnect recording to callers. Then turn back on auto pay
