45$ Go phone plan high speed data renewing

I just renewed my 45$ plan but I'm not getting any high speed data. I got a text that said my plan renews March 30th and I have already paid the 45 dollars. When I view my account it says I'm set until April 29th. Why is my data still so slow? I've tried using it in different areas so it isn't a location thing. When do I get my high speed back?
