'Internet 100' min speed (non fiber)

Question

I am moving to a new place and the options AT&T gives me are Internet 5 and Internet 100. If I order the Internet 100, is there a minimum speed guarantee? They are not going to tell me after the fact that my line can only do 30 Mbps or something, right?

New customer, trying to avoid Comcast. 🙂

Thanks. I am not sure what do you mean by 'verified address online.' AT&T's website gives me the option to order 'Internet 100.' Is there other way to verify the possible services available to the address?

This is a condo complex, I checked 20 condos around mine and all are offered the same services and there is only one condo that already has AT&T services.

Edit: I placed my order, so far so good (fingers crossed). The installation is for 8/24.
