Yes. Here's what Yahoo has to say about their limits. If you google "yahoo email limits" you find specifications for other Yahoo email limits but there's not guarantee these are current.
You can always test it out to see how much you can get away with. If it works, it works. If it doesn't you'll get a whole bunch of bounce messages which may (or may not) indicate what limit you exceeded. For instance I do know sending an enclosure greater than 25M will bounce and the bounce message tells you that 25M is the max.
