Why is coverage around residential areas near Disney world so terrible

Why is cell service in Celebration, FL so terrible?    This would be genuinely the perfect town if the cell service wasn’t so bad that one would feel like the are in the middle of no where rather than 2.5 miles from Disney World.

I have been filling out your guys’ useless “mark the spot” app since Dec/Jan to identify countless issues with reception and dropped calls in Celebration, FL, which is 2.5 miles from Disney World mind you.   I am genuinely albeit uselessly running around my house trying to find better spots for reception and have to call via webex, whatsapp or facetime call in order to be heard. 

I don’t want to be sold any additional products to “help improve” the signal. The signal should not be this terrible, and YOU as the company have the onus to fix this.

I want a legitimate explaination of why in 2019 at 2.5 miles from Disney World I am only at 1 bar of cell service. I am no where close to the mountains or middle of now where, so this beyond perplexes me.
