Internet redirecting me to lsreg.att.net/LSRegGreetingsPage.html

 

Hello,

 

    Since upgrading to u-verse, when online and on certain sites, it will redirect me to lsreg.att.net/LSRegGreetingsPage.html saying that I need to register, and when I enter the acct # and passcode, it says I've already created my account with u-verse.  Also, when I go to certain sites, it says that the site has lost connection service.  Is there anything anyone can do to help?

Hi @PRonan,

 

We are sorry about the issues, but we will be glad to help. It sounds like there may be an issue with the gateway or your browser. Try resetting the gateway by holding the red reset button on the back for 30 seconds (This will wipe out all your wireless settings including any wireless changes made). Clear the cache and cookies on your browser. If still having issues, let us know, and we will be happy to look into it further.

I am also having this issue. I have rebooted the gateway, done a hard reset of the router, restarted my machine numerous times, and the problem still occurs. I have also cleared my cache & cookies.

I tried going through the registration process and completed each step, until I submitted the page with my secret questions, and I got an error page:

  • We are currently upgrading our systems. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please try again later.

And that was it. I couldn't go any further. Needless to say, I'm still being redirected the the registration page.
