Hello @Pauljoey !
You can access your AT&T wireless gateway settings by typing 192.168.1.254 into your browser navigation bar. If you attempt to change a setting, you will be asked for your gateway's device access code. This code should be listed on the side or bottom(depending on how you have it orientated).

Here to help, @Sammi19!
You can select the gateway you are using and follow the steps provided under Access and verify gateway settings.
Let us know if this helps!

Hi, At&t contractors showed up and switched the router from u-verse to current. Well when I go to restart broadband from the computer on the Gateway page, the prompt wants a password. It accepts the old password from the yellow sticker. But the new router has a new name and password listed on it.
Why does the gateway operate on the old password? A Technician came out and denounced me when I said the connection was too slow, they told me I was using the wrong password. (Edited per community guidelines) that password is so you can connect to wifi. Not using wifi on that router, but those who do, can connect using that same old password.....don't get it. I wanted to go to the web page gateway and reset the router because broadband dropped, and when I do it accepts to old router password but indicates the model of the new router in the system information. Why does the tech say I am wrong because I don't use the right password? When I do attempt to use the new and correct password the page on the gateway says it is incorrect. See what I am saying....confusion all the way!
