Horrible technical support

Hello I originally called in on June 21 to set up a service appointment.  We had a storm in our area and out internet wire outside our house had come loose & was laying in my yard. No technician showed up when I was told they would be there by 8pm.  I then rescheduled my appointment for June 24..again no one showed up.  This happened 3 more times: june26,27,28.  Then I was scheduled for July 1 and once again no one showed up.  I have wasted many hours off of work to wait for a technician that never shows & doesn’t bother to call.  I spend 3 hours on the phone today trying to get some answers & no one seems to know why no one is coming to these appointments! Now they are telling me someone will be Thursday, July 4...a holiday! I am very frustrated & am ready to cut my service! Terrible customer service!

We understand your frustration, and we never want anyone to be left waiting for an appointment that doesn't get honored. This is not the type of experience we want to provide for our loyal family members, and we would love to see what we can do to help you here!

So that we can be sure to provide the right assistance, are your internet services currently out, or was the equipment just jostled by the storm?

Heads up, you can track any technician appointments you have in our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool for a good idea where the technician is for your appointment.

Since no one has shown up we have fixed the issue ourselves!
