Need to restore a suspended email account
Our email account, which is connected to neither a phone number (because ATT sold our phone co.) nor an account number your systems recognize, is suspended, and we can't find out what to do to re-instate it. We have the email address, but that is all we have. What do we do?

For account suspension call 1-877-353-6972. If that doesn't work call the Digital Assistance Center (877-273-2728).
