Intermittent lost email contacts on Yahoo Mail -

Three days ago we lost my email contacts. My wife and I tried the 'Restore Contacts", rebooted, empty cache, etc. Plus Yahoo search doesn't work. What seems to work is accessing mail from ATT and circumventing Yahoo Mail but it quickly reverts back to Yahoo. I changed to Google search and it's fine. Anyone else having issues with Yahoo mail??
