I Cannot access my email. It continues to Recycle asking me to Reset My password which I have multiple times. This has been going on for a week. I have called 611 on 3 different occasions and they tell me an hour into each call that their 3rd Party server is still down. So frustrating. I need to either change my email or wait it out. ANY ONE ELSE WITH THE ISSUE? I have tired using Internet explorer , Firefox and Yahoo. Its going to very difficult to change my email address as I have had all my important emails going there for years.

If your email address is linked to your AT&T Access ID, changing your AT&T Access ID password will automatically change your email password and vice versa. these comments from customer service are STUPID, obviously they just send a canned message and dont read the problem, SO LISTEN CLOSELY I KNOW MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD, It keeps circling back asking me to reset user id or password. FIX IT ALREADY
I have the same issue. Can only access my E-Mail via att.net or att.com // reset password multiple times with no resolution. Rep says they dont support 3rd party email clients. This is not the issue ATT. I have multiple E-Mail addresses with att and only happens to 1 all the time. IT IS NOT AN EMAIL CLIENT ISSUE!!!. I can access all my but 1 address with all email clients and andriod. Please fix the issue. Thanks
