@43crescentMost likely the hacker has setup a filter and is either sending the mail to a folder in webmail our your trash. You can go to att.com/hackedid this article will help guide you through re securing your account.
Mail Setting
You can access mail setting by clicking on the Gear icon in the top right hand corner of web mail and selecting settings
Accounts
From there you would select accounts
Then select account (note there could be more than one account make sure the select the account they will like to view/modify)
Scroll down until you find whatever you are looking to view / modify
Note: any changes made you will have to hit Save before those changes take place
Filter
From there you would select Filters
You will see all the created filters. By clicking on the filter you will see what the filter is set up to do
You can add new filters or remove filters
Note: any changes made customer will have to hit Save before those changes take place

Let's get your email account back under your control, @rjgulde.
If you're noticing that emails being sent to you aren't arriving in the right email folder, you may want to troubleshoot your email. Here's a few things we recommend checking:
Email Not Going Where It Is Supposed To?
Is Your Email Going Into Spam? Trash? Another Folder? - check the rules in webmail to make sure nothing is set up to forward
As for your email account being hacked, if you believe that your email account is compromised then the best thing you can do is perform a password reset to secure your email access. you can do this by following these simple steps:
Resetting your password is the best thing you can do to ensure your email stays secure, and it's recommended that you change it semi-frequently as a good security practice.
Lastly, please note that this forum thread is several years old and is subject to be closed at any time. If you need further help, or if the steps above don't fix your issue, please create a new forum thread and we'll be happy to help. Let us know how these steps work for you!
