I haven't gotten all of my promised rewards

When I called about signing up with direct and art they said I could get 400 in reward cards all together. 100 for one thing 200 for another then another 100 for another. So far ive only gotten the 200 and the 100. What should I do about it? Will they give me the other 100?

You can always go to the Reward Center to see if you're eligible to receive the last $100 card. Or give them a call at 1-877-258-1427.

I have cable and internet its the u family package. I purchased my cable and internet package online and at the time of purchase it said I will be getting 250 in rewards. Well, I just got my reward and its $100. I would just like to know what is up with that. Even at checkout it said I will get 250.

I have waited twice now on the phone line for over 40 minutes; the chat feature is also not helpful. How do I find out where my rewards card is? It has been nearly two months.

I feel you.  I was promised a $100 prepaid Visa, and I never received the reward notification mail so I'd could activate.  I was on hold over an hour.  Gave up.  Tried another number for Rewards Department --- same thing.  This is an outrageous marketing scam.

I've had the exact same thing happen. I was originally told that it would take up to 3 months to receive my rewards card, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I then called them when I hadn't received it, and then they told me I was out of the window to receive or activate the card. So basically, I wont be receiving the $100 I was promised when I signed up.

I've tried numerous times to get through to the Rewards phone number, but no success.  Same with I'm not letting it go, though.  I plan a very pointed letter to ATT Corporate Headquarters.  I'm sure it will do no good, even though it was their failure to not send the activation letter to me.  But I'm going to state my grievance with them.  Most likely it will reach the circular file.....
