DSL Internet Support

After chatting with Customer Support for an hour on Saturday about slow DSL internet service I was given a work order for Tuesday. I never heard from anyone and no one showed up, as usual. I cannot even locate the work order online.

I have a landline and DSL because that is all offered. Half the time when I try to access my account I am told no DSL or ATT accounts are associated with sign-in information. I have had an account for 20 years when it was Southwestern Bell and a good company. I’ve had DSL internet for 15 years.

I have those accounts plus wireless accounts and Direct TV set up under my ATT Access ID. Yet I continually get notices to create one.

I wish someone could tell me how I can get rid of my landline but keep DSL internet. I tried last year.

My patience has about worn out and I’m ready to seriously start looking for new providers.

It will be interesting to see if AT&T cares enough to reply to this email.
