AT&T McAfee Internet Security download error

I have for several days attempted to down load the AT&T McAfee Security Suite from the ATT web site for which is included with the 3mps and above DSL service. I have 6 mps service.

When I log into my account(which everything else in my account I have no problems with)
I repeatedly get the below long error message and not able to download the McAfee Security Suite.
After this long error message, it eventually comes back to the sign into the account page, and the process starts over and over again.

There seems to be a technical problem with downloading the AT & T McAfee Security Suite.
I repeatedly get the below error message at the top of my screen:

It’s pretty sad that I had to pay for my Mcafee subscription when I’m an AT&T fiber customer.

i spent over an hour with support and they were unable to solve the problem.

Come on!!! It can’t be that difficult to figure out an easy way to give the free protection you offer for having your internet service.

Having to have a member id, which doesn’t work, not being able to use your normal sign in ID to download the suite is just ridiculous.

I thought my previous provider sucked, AT&T is coming in a close second.

this has obviously been going on for some time, you’d think they would have solved this issue.

I just read a post from 2 years ago about the same issue with getting a error message concerning downloading the free McAfee antivirus suite. It's 2021 and it seems that problem still exist. How unprofessional is that AT&T? I'm an 88 year old man who know nothing about the technical stuff, plus I live on a fixed income. ATT, are you ignoring this problem with downloading the antivirus suite for your customers. Please help me protect my computers by either fixing the download problem or send me a link to the download server. Just don't ignore the problem and take advantage of your customers, please fix the download problem.
