3rd install no show or call!!!

Yesterday I took off work for the 3rd time, and was guaranteed by a manager that a tech would show up to install my internet! Wait for it, no show, no call, nothing!! If you're thinking of going with at&t Don't! I feel like I'm dealing with comcast which I guess I'll be calling today. I hear they have it together better than at&t. I need to be reimbursed for my time, absolutely ridiculous! A call back would've been nice.
