WAP antenna installation

Hi there.

I have a question. I need to install a wap antenna on the ceiling of my living room. My question is, is the at&t router has PoE so that i wont put a power line on my ceiling.

I've been using the at&t extenders but its too slow. Probably because of the walls in my house and the router is in the 2nd floor.

Any help will be appreciated.
