We are sorry about the issues you are having with your printer. The easiest fix is to find the installation disc the printer came with, and run the software once again. It should guide you through the setup with your new connection.

Thank you. I did that with no success. The PC and laptop see the modem just fine, but the printer won't. Is there a sync sequence between the WPS button on the modem and the WPS button in the printer setup screen?

You will need to enable WPS in the gateway. To enable, go to http://192.168.1.254 and go to your WiFi settings. After that, it should work. You may have to press the WPS button on the gateway depending on your gateway model.
