Worst service I have ever encounteres

Terrible service..  Data speed not as advertised. Repair appointment late direct TV appointment late. I had to reschedule both hours on phone and chat and have decided enough is enough and cancelled. Then AT&T has the nerve to charge me $5. Please make arrangements to pick up the modem and let's end this misery and disappointment.

We would have loved to try and get everything worked out with you here, but we understand the frustration with the experience you had with our services.

Unfortunately, we do not pick up the leased U-verse, internet or DIRECTV equipment. However, returning the equipment is easy, and can be done by taking it to your nearest UPS or FedEx office.

We have some resources for returning your internet and DIRECTV equipment that you are more than welcome to review as well, to make the return as seamless as possible.
