Fiber Internet/WiFi issues
We have had fiber internet for almost a year now and have had issue after issue. When we first installed the coverage was terrible we bought two WiFi extenders from ATT and that seemed to help for awhile. Then ATT replaced the main router and that seemed to help for awhile. Now we are paying for the 1G and over WiFi only get around 198 download and 170 upload. That speed varies all day long though. The speed has been as low as 10 Download and 10 upload. Any help on what to do? I have placed many phone calls to ATT and chats over the Internet.

I basically have the same issue. Skype and anything that relies on a fairly constant connection for streaming will fail. This is supposed to be a Gigabit network, but even plugged into the Arris modem/router with an ethernet cable, I never get close to that. It can drop to as low as 5Mbps, at which point I restart everything. It recovers and fades away. Very disappointment with this service.
