Apple TV With AT&T Fiber

AT&T was offering an Apple TV 4K for free when new eligible customers signed up for its Fiber Internet service. I had to choose at least the 300Mbps tier and apply code GET4KTVduring checkout to get this deal. Well, the internet has been installed and I payed my first bill. I have yet to receive a confirmation email about this? How long??

Thank you for reaching out on the forums, we're here to help! For the Apple TV 4K 32GB offer you should receive a reward notification letter via email or U.S. mail after 30 days of account activation. You will need to claim this offer by visiting our AT&T Reward Center.

Hi James,

I just received my ATT rewards notice in the mail as I just about reached my 30 day mark with ATT fiber. When checking my ATT rewards account, I do not see anything regarding the Apple TV, but I do see other rewards that I redeemed for signing up for ATT services. Please advise on next steps. Thanks for the help!
