iPhone 6 IOS 10 Microcell Issues

I upgraded my iPhone 6 to IOS 10 and ever since my phone has been dropping the MicroCell connection. All lights are good as should be on MC, Rebooted MC serveral times, Factory Reset MC, ATT MC site shows its registered but my phone just drops connection randomly. Have tried rebooting phone, resetting network setttings and toggling airplane mode.... No luck.
