I can't login to att microcell account

I get a "bad request" error message when I try to login to my at&t microcell account by using my at&t wireless account login info. I'm trying to login to add another authorized mobile number.

@epepe2 - how are you trying to login? Don't use the mobile app because it hasn't worked correctly for a very long time. Use web access from a pc. Depending on your pc, and what you are using for a browser, you may have to switch to another browser.

Once you successfully login and add the new AT&T cellular number to the Approved Users List, the new phone needs to be within range of the MicroCell just once so that the phone can be turned off and then back on again so the phone can register the MicroCell as part of its cellular neighborhood.

Keep in mind what AT&T and us recommend now is WiFi-C (WiFi Calling) if your phone is capable. The MicroCell service will be discontinued once AT&T begins to transition away from their 3G network, probably around Feb. 2020 or sooner.
