@TPRANCH - you need to go to your myAT&T MicroCell Settings page, add the number under the Approved Users List (assuming it is an AT&T pre or post paid account), and click Save. You then need to turn off the phone, wait a few minutes, and then turn the phone back on again while it is within range of the MicroCell. The phone needs to register the MicroCell as part of its cellular neighborhood.
