Hello @mikechinchen,

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you were charged again after canceling your service.

Would you kindly provide us with some more details so that we can better assist you?

  • Do you have AT&T PREPAID service with us, or do you have a postpaid wireless plan with AT&T?
  • Which of our specific plans are you referring to exactly?
  • What steps did you follow to cancel your plan?
  • Also, did you make sure that AutoPay was removed from your account?

Please let us know.

We look forward to hearing back from you soon.

There is no $45 postpaid plan so I’m guessing you are prepaid. Prepaid does not have a bill. The way to cancel prepaid is to quit paying. Sounds like you have not disabled autopay.
