Very annoyed

My service was turned off saying my payment didn’t go through even though the money was in my account. Online it’s wanting me to pay an extra $30 to have my service turned back on. I’ve tried contacting customer service for several days and I’m on hold for hours. I am not happy at all!

might be easier to pay the 30 bucks and deal with trying to get a refund later
