Transition to Liberty for PR & VI
Paying my latest bill on 10-24-20 with AT&T, will this payment cover services with Liberty through 11-23-20?

Hi @Nickheinemann,
Thank you for reaching out. We want to take a closer look into this for you.
Concerning the transition to Liberty, you can continue to use your AT&T devices and will remain on your current rate plans. Liberty will communicate to you and will provide you with information shortly after the transition is completed. We therefore recommend to pay your bill as usual to avoid service interruption.
Let us know if this helps.
Doyin, AT&T Community Specialist.

So then you are stating that Liberty, will provide the same rate plan I have with AT&T. Unlimited everything. And not their normal 1gb per month plan, plus additional fees for additional gb’s of service. There is a population of over 100k people that this is affecting and everyone would like to have exact answers and specifics, as none have been given by either AT&T or Liberty concerning this issue. As consumers, we have the right to know.
