Bogo credits are applied on the same date each month.  If your date of auto pay has changed, it is possible this is true.   It might be that your payment was taken after credit was applied in the past, and now is taken before.  Read your bills and see the previous dates.

I have been getting BOGO credits for almost 2 years and they were not applied to this last bill in December 2019.

After many long hours of waiting for a rep and getting a run around about the system being down. I want some answers

2 years ago almost every BOGO deal required TV or internet service.   Did you change or cancel direct tv or Uverse?

No my bogo did not require anything except getting one phone and an additional phone free both on the installment plan.I want my credits resumed until the installments are completed. Att has been applying credits on my bill for almost 2 years. They stopped suddenly this month. The latest call to a customer service representative informed me because of a system transfer the credits weren't updating but they would be in a couple of months. After the runaround from service reps I don't believe it. PLUS, the first rep I called said to pay my regular bill of $119.79 and he saw the problem and would make note of it.I paid and then saw a past due of $24 and change, which I paid after speaking with the last rep who told me about the system transfer. What's going on?#- Please type your reply above this line -##
