RReturned my old phone and got $60 instead of the $200 they told me about
I upgraded my phone which was a 7 and got the 10 and I did it after I received a message id get you to $200. Then I got a $60 gift card and was told it was ineligible . Why didn't at&t tell me that when they made the offer ?

Thank you for reaching out. The offer credit relies on the status of the device once processed and examined. Did you receive a reason it was ineligible? Was the return at a store or by mail? Please let us know.

I still have no resolution from At&T as to why I received $60 for the iPhone I upgraded and sent to at &t in excellent condition after I was told I'd get up to $200 for it. The letter I received said "we were unable to confirm promotion eligibility and are sending payment for the market value of your ineligible file in the amoubt of $60.00"
Why did at & t message me and tell me about this promotion ? What does ineligible file mean? Why am I not getting a response ?
