Returned phones haven’t been received

It has been 3 months since I returned 2 phones when i upgraded 2 iPhones on my plan. I have the USPS receipt and tracking numbers, and have provided them to the CSRs multiple times when I have called trying to get this issue resolved. I keep getting the same answers and this issue still is not getting resolved. I was told I would get a call from AT&T with an update to the case they opened to track this issue, but it’s been over a month since that case has been opened, and still nothing from AT&T

Have you used the tracking numbers to track your phones through the United States Postal Service and newgistics?
If yes, where are your phones?
Texas or?
Did you use the labels that came with your new phones? Or did you receive separate mailers with different labels to send your phone's back as part of your early Next upgrade?
