I seeking to obtain copies of detailed bills (including billing information and call & text logs between January 2021 and March 2022.
Please advise:
- Who should be contacted to make a request for copies of detailed bills between 1/21 and 3/22?
- What fees, if any, apply to a request for copies for detailed bills between 1/21 and 3/22?
- What is the typical turnaround time when making such a request?

If you're an existing customer call 611 from your mobile phone and request exactly as you word it here detailed bill reprints including usage information for the months you select. There is a fee of $5 per bill, usually the first one is free..
Unfortunately turn around could be one day or one month. There's just delightful inconsistency 😵💫
