Received error when updating wireless billing email address

I received the following error when attempting to add a billing email address to go paperless: We cannot find a match for the information you entered. Double-check your entry, and give it another try. (UBCI03)

We understand you'd like to change your billing email address to start receiving paperless billing. We'd be more than happy to provide assistance to you. But, before we do we'll need to ask you some questions.

  • When did you attempt to change your billing email address? 
  • Have you went into the store or called our customer service number?
  • Is this your first time updating your billing email address?

You can update this at your local store, or via customer service at (Phone number hidden) (611 from AT&T phone, or by chat on MyAT&T app or Att.com
