Pitney Bowes Stole My iPhone Return..need the AT&T Account number to investigate
Pitney Bowes Stole My iPhone Return..
Tracking number show it sat at USPS for a long time. Tracking shows it was picked up weeks later by Pitney Bowes Agent. Several more weeks later we received a Return Received email which AT&T has no record of. AT&T claims phone was never received. Not in the system. Not able to find it. Says they received something but cannot tell what it was. Seems that Pitney Bowes delayed the shipment and stole the phone and provided something else...empty box maybe??? They never properly registered the phone...not on time, not by IMEI number and not associated to the Order Number associated to the shipping label. AT&T never credited the $700 for phone because it was lost or stolen.
Combination of purposeful delays, unreliable shipping, more delay and unaccountable tracking makes AT&T claim they don't have to honor their commitment even though I did everything to comply with their process and they caused the more than 30 day delay.
Pitney Bowes does not talk to phone owners and they need the AT&T Account number to investigate. What is that account number?
PITNEY BOWES and/or AT&T are THIEVES!

Log into your account to find the account number, or look at a bill. It’s on there.

Did you check the tracking on the Pitney Bowes website to see if AT&T actually received it?

@dwill05 Pitney Bowes requires the AT&T Pitney Bows Account number in order to research it. Or have AT&T call them which AT&T won''t do. This is not a number on my bill.

@MicCheck There is no Pitney Bowes tracking outside of the USPS Tracking number. Their site has nothing.

You use the same tracking number on the Pitney Bowes website.

So why do you not suspect someone at the postal service? My cousin worked for the postal service and he got fired for stealing packages and checks.
Pitney Bowes picks up packages within a week. Not several. Seems more like someone at the post office checked your package in and then put it where no one could find it till they could switch out the phone.

By the way when packages come in and are checked in properly they are weighed. They are then weighed every time they change hands.
Wherever it is that the weight changes, is going to help you figure out who in the chain of custody switched out the phone.

USPS just told me Pitney Bowes picked up my iPhone. Pitney Bowes does not accept calls related to the matter. AT&T said check with USPS. I now have no recourse.
