We can definitely help you with ways to pay your bill, @Davezant.

Depending on the ZIP, some wireless customers may remit mailed payments to: AT&T PO Box 537104 Atlanta, GA 30353. However we are unable to provide you with a contact number for the office.

If you're trying to set up a bill paying service offered by your bank, please visit ebillplace.com to learn more. We suggest reading over our support article Ways to pay your bill for more information.

Please let us know when you have finished setting it up. Thank you.

On October 24, 2023 I sent a payment to the P. O box 537104, Atlanta Ga, via my bank's bill pay.  the amount of the payment was $650.  The $650 cleared my bank on October 25, 2023 which I have a copy of the cancelled check provided by the bank. It was endorsed by a Wells Fargo Bank for the benefit of AT&T with an account number (Edited as per community guidelines) which I believe is the bank account that cleared the payment  As of today, the $650 has not been credited to my AT&T wireless account.  How can I find out where my payment went?  When I call ATT with the phone number on my statement, no one can help me.

@pearlarm   Please edit your post to remove your account number as it’s personal information.  No one here is going to do anything with it, except scammers.  If AT&T does choose to contact you through the forum, they will ask for account information all over again.

Also, it’s recommended that you start a new thread instead of piggybacking on to a 4 year old thread, which may have outdated information.

Leaving this thread open for now to give you a chance to remove your account number, but eventually it will probably be closed.

@pearlarm

Paying my check is the least secure way of paying for anything. The information on that bottom of the check can be used by someone to electronically pay for all kinds of stuff online stealing the money from your account.

In this case most likely a data entry error has applied your check to the wrong account.

All of this can be avoided by paying online using the information that ATT help provided.

You don't get a number for the payment office. They don't speak with customers as that is internal work only.

However they do have a support page for payment issues (such as misapplied to the wrong account). You fill out the info for them to research, which supposedly occurs within 5 business days (though I wouldn't be surprised if the holidays slows this down a little).
