Paying wireless phone bill

I have the internet bill info but i want to pay for my phone bill which isn’t accessible on the app and the phone robot didn’t let me pay it and I’ve been in HOLD for 9mins like this is ok. I already want to switch and not being able to pay isn’t helping

Please let us know if you're receiving an error message of any kind when attempting to access your bill, while in the app. Have you tried using the online to view your bill? If so, are you running into the same issue, or does it work there? With more information we'll be able to assist you with this issue.
