paying while being in the military
So I’m in the military and have been stationed in Germany and I’m being charged 10 dollars per day along with my monthly bill for using data (I.e streaming, YouTube, etc.) is there a way that i will be able to suspend my plan and be able to not make a monthly payment or $10 per day payment. Or atleast only have to make the monthly payment and not the $10 for day.

You are using travel day pass which allows you to roam while still using your domestic plan (at $10 per day, but capped at $100 per bill cycle).
The only way to lower your bill is to cancel your US service while having your number held (military cancelation), unlock your phone and use local service (assuming it’s much cheaper).

I recommend you unlock FIRST, make sure you fill in the bubble for military
